• Answer inbound calls and record data
• Locate customers with extreme accuracy
• Enter data into the dispatch system
• Correctly greet each customer
• Provide quotes and etas for each job
• Assist with day-to-day task 

Requirements

• Clean background
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Quiet work area

Experience

• Customer service (Min. six months required)
• Map navigation and locating (Min. six months required)
• Dispatching (Preferred)
• Data Entry (Preferred)
• Tow industry experience (Preferred)

Shift

• 4 days on 4 days off
• Multiple shifts available 
• 10-hour shifts
• Holidays may be required

Location

• Remote / Local

Salary

• $17.00  - $21.00 per hour
